We’re so excited to be partnering with The Hive Pilates to bring you the perfect mix of movement + play this Saturday, April 25th!

Sign your kiddo up for open gym + add on a 45-minute instructor-led Pilates class for just $15(50% Discount) while they play 🤍

A fun space for them to:
• climb + play
• build coordination + confidence

The past few weeks of gymnastics have been an absolute downpour of fun ☔️💙 We’ve been flipping, jumping, and splashing our way through our “April Showers” theme—and these kids really rose to the occasion 🌸 (get it?!). From rainy day obstacle courses to puddle-jumping energy, it’s been nothing but smiles and growth all around!

But don’t pack away the fun just yet… we’re about to trade in our rain boots for cowboy boots 🤠🌾 Our next theme is FARM, and we’re ready to harvest even more fun! Think barnyard games, animal-inspired movements, and a whole lot of country cuteness 🐄🐖🐓

We can’t wait to see all our little farmers in action! 🌻💛

Our USA Gymnastics 2026 Missouri State Championship season is a wrap—and what an incredible run it was! After traveling across the state, our team brought home multiple 1st place State Champion titles 🏅

We couldn’t be more proud of these athletes and the way they showed up, competed, and represented our SFTS Family. ❤️

Coach Addi is bursting with pride after this weekend’s State Meet in Jefferson City!🤸🤸‍♀️

Her two Little Firecracker Bronze girls may only be 7 years old, but they showed up like true champions—both scoring 9’s on all four events, and bringing home multiple State medals, including an incredible 1st Place State Champion title!

Way to go, girls! Your hard work, confidence, and sparkle really paid off! ⭐️🏅
