Beginner Program(Rockets) Prerequisite: None Ratio: 6 to 1 Ages: 4 1/2 & up Length: 1 hour/wk Cost: $72/month

Our Rocket program is designed for children new or fairly new to gymnastics. If they have participated in our Big Dipper Developmental Program for at least a year, and are between 4 1/2-5 1/2, likely be ready enter our Comet Program.

Beginner II (Comets) Prerequisite: Complete Beginner 1 Skills Ratio: 6 to 1 Ages: 4 1/2 & up Length: 1 hour/wk Cost: $72/month Advanced Beginner Gymnasts should enter this level with the basic knowledge of the fundamentals of gymnastics including appropriate warm-up and cool down. They will begin learning handstands and kick overs at this level, as well as more advanced skills on all pieces of apparatus. Many of these skills are included in USA Gymnastics Level 2 & 3 entry level routines, so they may be prepared to compete if they desire. If they have participated in our Big Dipper Developmental Program for at least a year, and are between 4 1/2-5 1/2, they will likely be ready enter our Comet Program.  They would just need to already have beginning gymnastics skills & knowledge of basic gymnastics terms. 2024-2025 School-Year Schedule (blue)

< Advanced Beginner (Meteors) Prerequisite: Complete Beginner 2 Skills Ratio: 6 to 1 Ages: 4 1/2 & up Length: 1 hour/wk Cost: $72/month Prerequisite: Backbend from a stand, Pullover on bars Gymnasts should enter this level with the basic knowledge of the fundamentals of gymnastics including appropriate warm-up and cool down. They will begin learning Kickovers, walkovers and front handsprings at this level, as well as more advanced skills on all pieces of apparatus. Many of these skills are included in USA Gymnastics Level 3 & 4 entry level routines, so they may be prepared to compete if they desire. 2024-2025 School-Year Schedule (blue)
< Intermediate (Asteroids) Prerequisite: handstands, front and back limber skills, roundoffs and front handsprings Ratio: 7 to 1 Length: 1 1/2 hr/wk Ages: Open Cost: $88/month Gymnasts should enter this level with proper form, technique, & also the knowledge of sport-appropriate warm-up and conditioning.
They should be comfortable with handstands, jumps, leaps, and handstands on beam; glide kips and front hip circles on the bars; and a handspring on the vault. Prerequisite: Back handspring, Front handspring, Aerial Ratio: 8 to 1 Ages: Open Length: 1 1/2 hrs/wk Cost: $68/month Gymnasts should enter this level with proper form, technique, and also the knowledge of sport-appropriate warm-up and conditioning. They should be comfortable. They should be comfortable with handstands, jumps, leaps, and handstands on beam; glide kips and front hip circles on the bars; and a handspring on the vault.
